About the Venue:

The Galmont Hotel and Spa is located next door to the Galway coach station and is a short walk to the city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Click here for the interactive map location and directions to the hotel.

Car Parking

Car Parking is available for delegates at the Hotel Car Park. The charges for the car park are set at €3 per hour. However, delegates attending your event will be entitled to a 40% discount per hour parking (delegates must present their ticket to reception in order to avail of this discount). Hotel residents enjoy a special parking rate of €10 per car per night in the underground Car Park, subject to availability.

We offer five payment electrical car charging points, located on minus one of our Car Park in Bays 1 to 5.

Registration

Registration will take place on the ground floor at the entrance to the conference meeting rooms.
Printed personalised badges will be available for collection at the registration desks upon arrival. 

Exhibition & Poster Displays

Exhibition space is located in the Inis Mór Ballroom on the ground to the left of the hotel reception.

We actively encourage you to interact and network with all exhibitors during the event.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to all delegates and speakers, please switch off, or set to silent, your mobile phones during all sessions. However, use for social media purposes will be permitted but we ask that you are respectful of your fellow delegates and speakers while doing so.
